Setting Time Modifiers (Cemakoll®) — Retarders
Cemakoll-117 is a high-performance synthetic polymer based retarder designed to control the setting time of portland cement slurries used in oil well cementing applications. Cemakoll-117 is designed for moderate wells, typically performing best between 150°F–275°F (65°C–135°C) and can be stable at up to 150°C. It is compatible with all API classes of cement and can be used in Fresh water and Salt Water or Sea Water cement Slurries.
