Density Modifiers (Cemakoll®) — Extenders & Lightweight Additives
Cemakoll-600 high-performance aluminosilicate microsphere (cenosphere) engineered for use as a lightweight extender in oilwell cementing systems. It is designed to reduce slurry density while maintaining adequate compressive strength and thermal stability in low-pressure or weak formations. The product is chemically inert, thermally stable, and suitable for high-temperature well environments. Application and Dosage Primary cementing in weak formations Depleted reservoirs Offshore and deepwater wells Liner cementing Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations Thermal well cement systems Recommended Dosage Dosage depends on target slurry density and well conditions. Typical concentration range: 5% – 50% BWOC (by weight of cement).
