Procide-502 an effective, short term and long term liquid antimicrobial agent containing Glutaraldehyde and Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride in a true solution, which is readily soluble in water. Procide-502 is a broad-spectrum micro biocide that is effective in the control of bacteria, fungi, and algae. It is extremely fast acting and exhibits surfactant action to facilitate penetration to the microorganisms that are protected by hydrocarbon sludge. The product is approved for use in petroleum industry in production enhancement, drilling fluids, and secondary recovery operations. It is specially formulated to provide a product that can rapidly clean microbiologically fouled surfaces. It is an effective, easy to feed liquid formulation. It is extremely effective against acid producing bacteria.
