Proflow-230
Paraffin & Asphaltene Control — Pour Point Depressants
Proflow-230 is a specially engineered pour point depressant and paraffin dispersant designed for use in crude oil systems. Its primary function is to lower the pour point of crude oil, enabling it to be transported more easily at reduced temperatures. Proflow-230 works by modifying the morphology of wax crystals that form during cooling. This modification minimizes the likelihood of wax crystals bonding together and creating a gel structure, which in turn reduces the pour point of the oil.
