Surfactants (Aquative®) — Non-Emulsifiers

Aquative-510 is a spotting fluid designed to free differentially stuck pipe in both water and oil based drilling fluid systems. The product is a blend of non-toxic surfactants in a high flash solvent and is effective at a level of 2-10% in a 50-barrel base oil pill. A minimum of one hour soaking should be allowed before the pipe is worked free. Typical physical properties Appearance Clear Yellow / Amber Mobile S.G @ 20°C 0.84 – 0.86 Temp.
