Surfactants (Aquative®) — Iron Control
Aquative-835 (citric acid) is a tricarboxylic organic acid widely used as a complexing/chelating agent, pH regulator, and metal sequestrant in oilfield applications such as drilling fluid systems, cement contamination cleanup, and iron control in polymer systems. It is used due to its mild acidity, high solubility, and relatively low reactivity compared with strong mineral acids.
