AXA-231 is a specialized Suspension Shale Inhibitor and Shale Stabilizer additive for shale control designed to Inhibit Clay Hydration and stabilize water sensitive micro-fractured shale when drilling with water base drilling fluids. The Primary function is to seal low pressure micro fractures, reduce fluid loss and minimize differential sticking and prevent clay Hydration. It is compatible with water-based fluids and is environmentally safe.
